Returns information

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it,  unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

OUR PRODUCTS ARE INSPIRED BY YOUR FAVOURITE FRAGRANCES AND ARE NOT AN EXACT MATCH. REFUNDS WILL NOT BE ISSUED BASED ON A FRAGRANCE NOT BEING IDENTICAL TO THE ORIGINAL, AS DOING SO WOULD CONFLICT WITH INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY LAWS.

Undelivered Parcel or Wrong Address

If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable due to the following reasons:

  • Incorrect or outdated address
  • Recipient refused delivery
  • Address not recognized by our system
  • Carrier unable to deliver to the provided address

Failure to Pick Up Parcel

If you fail to pick up your parcel within 14 working days of the notification of the parcel's availability for pickup, the parcel will be returned to our warehouse. You will be notified of the parcel's return and will be responsible for paying any additional shipping charges to have the parcel redelivered.

Customer Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information when placing an order.
  • You should notify us as soon as possible if you believe your parcel has not been delivered or has been delivered to the wrong address.
  • You are responsible for picking up your parcel within the specified 14 working days timeframe.
  • we will Issue a full refund when item return to us (including shipping charges, except for some handling charges) Notify the customer via email or phone call about the return and refund.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Products that have been used / sprayed more than 1% of what was delivered, this will be measure by weight on return to out warehouse.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
